| Delicate molded outline or "cut-out" type plastic motif made to simulate ivory or bone shows an old sailing ship on the sea, with a lighthouse on the shore in the background, and sea birds or gulls flying overhead. Motif is prong set into a frame type setting with openwork flower and vine scrolls at either end. I love this style of pin. The color of whatever you're wearing will show through from behind the scene making it an instant match for anything. Trombone style catch. Probably made in England. Possibly gold washed or gold plated but we haven't tested it and it's not marked in any way. Measures approx 7/8" x 1 3/4". |
