| 1994 Limited edition marked #1882/3500 CF. Described on the insert as "a grand and substantial house", the boyhood home of Scrooge, although according to the Dickens story, Scrooge spent most of his time not at home, but at boarding school. I love all the little details on this piece, from the figured brickwork in the chimney to the tiny Christmas wreath hung over the arched entry to the courtyard. Retired December 31, 1994. No condition problems that we can see, although the edition number is a bit smudged. All David Winter cottages listed by Great Finds come from my own personal collection.
