| It took us awhile to get these listed because we couldn't agree what kind of bird this is! My first instinct said pheasant, but someone said eagle (I don't think so) and someone else said turkey or buzzard. Whatever it is, I like them a lot. Motif is roughly 1 1/8" x 7/8". Tie clasp seems to have been worn more than the cufflinks, and the finish is slightly less bright. All three pieces do show some large areas of plating loss around the outside edges (some of which is visible in the second photo). This almost looks like a manufacturing fault and not the result of excessive wear. Still a nice set, structurally sound, with all findings working perfectly. |
