This stone is surrounded by an openwork crown, a row of tiny faux pearls, and a row of topaz rhinestones. Features an adjustable band. Absolutely gorgeous and in very good vintage condition with minimal wear (one small spot of worn plating on the band, visible in the picture) and no discernable damage.
