| Beautiful and rare, early livery British Airways First Class tea or coffee cup and saucer. We're not sure of the date this design was released, but we know it was early and believe it to be a design that was only used in British Airways First Class cabins. Plain white porcelain body with gold gilt trim and a gold crest. Marked with the standard Royal Doulton mark and the words British airways. Cup has the designation number EC 1004. The saucer is marked CE 4507, which we think may be a misprint as we've never seen a CE designation on any BA china. Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, stains, or repairs. Cup measures approximately 3" in diameter and 2" tall. |
