Small Oval Miracle Wreath Brooch with Faux Agate

Sweet little pin, measuring approx 1 inch by 3/4 inch. I just love the moss color of this pretty stone and the oxidation in the silver colored setting. Setting is actually openwork with tiny spaces between the leaves, but you can't see this in the picture. Safety clasp on catch. Marked (very faintly) Miracle.

Miracle began manufacturing in Birmingham in 1946 and became a leading British manufacturer of Celtic, Irish, and Scottish style jewelry. The range includes kilt pins, crosses, brooches, pendants and earrings. Many items feature Bohemian glass faux agates, cut crystals and rhinestones. In 2013 the production was re-located to Cornwall and some items are still being made, some even from the original archive designs, but in my opinion these older pieces are the best.
