Hattie Carnegie Gold Bead & Pearl Wreath Earrings

I've stared at these under the loupe until my eyes crossed, and I'm pretty convinced these are made with cultured pearls, but I can't guarantee that. Pearls are slightly irregular in shape and one is chipped away enough near the drilled hole that it appears to expose a reasonably deep layer of nacre. Whatever they are, they are gorgeous, and that's what it's really all about. Flat clip backs are marked Carnegie in script. Approx 1 1/4" x 1". Excellent vintage condition, possibly never worn.
